​Pork spareribs 1/2 rack marinated & slow cooked in hickory BBQ sauce, served with coleslaw salad and 2 sides to choose from. Burger station with variety of burger buns, angus beef patties, pulled pork, breast chicken schnitzels, vegie patties, tomato relish, cheese slices, tomato slices, avocado spread, liquid cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, beetroot slices, pickles, mesclun lettuce, tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, mayonnaise and aioli sauce.Sides to choose from: potato bake, vegetarian fried rice, pasta carbonara, mac & cheese, roast potatoes.

Bacon & egg Meal Package
